Health Auto Export provides a comprehensive solution for managing and exporting your health data. With support for over 100 health data points and 70 workout types, you can easily export your information in JSON, CSV, and GPX formats. This app is native to iPhone and iPad, allowing for seamless syncing to your Mac. Take advantage of automated exports, create custom automations, and ensure your data is backed up automatically. The app also offers shortcuts for easy access and monitoring of your data from the Home and Lock Screen.
